- Tracked shipping worldwide. 2–4 days domestic, 5–9 days international, carbon-offset on every parcel.

- Custom pieces are made for you, but anything misprinted, damaged or off-spec is reprinted free — no return shipping.
- Care
- Wash cold inside out, tumble low, skip the iron over the print. Bottles and mugs are hand-wash for longest life.

Is there a minimum order?+
No. One piece is a perfectly good order, and bulk pricing kicks in automatically from 10 units.
What files should I upload?+
PNG or SVG at 300dpi works best. The customizer flags anything below print resolution before you check out.
Can I use my own brand artwork?+
Yes, as long as you hold the rights. Your files stay private to your account and are deleted after fulfilment.
How accurate is the live preview?+
It renders the exact print file at the exact placement, so position and scale are pixel-accurate; colour is within a calibrated tolerance.
